Name: Ryohei Uchiha Nickname:The Seed of Judas Age: 26 Gender: Male Looks:  Ryohei has very pale skin like all Uchiha do. He resembles the first leader of the Uchiha clan. Madara Uchiha. He has long and spiky hair like his ancestor. His hair is dark black. But when sun shines on it, it turns blue-ish. His facial features are quite handsome. A feat that the Uchiha men are quite known for. His mouth is usually curved into a smirk or a maniacal grin. Showing his canine like teeth. He is quite tall and lean. He is quite muscular. His muscles are flexible. So he isn't too buff. He is usually seen wearing a mask over his beautiful face. He likes to wear his ANBU uniform from the time he was a Jounin/ANBU Captain. He has the symbol tattooed to his right bicep. He tends to keep his Sharingan activated so his eyes are almost always blood red. It keeps the enemies away from him as they fear his demonic look. Instead of the usual sandals, he wears combat boots that have blades implanted in them. He needs to tap his heels twice and they will pop out from the toe part. They are quite sharp and dipped in poison. He also wears some fingerless gloves that have the Otogakure note symbol on them. Personality: Being an outcast he was treated crapily. So he suffered from severe depression that turned out into a Bipolar Disorder. So he has moodswings often. He could be cuddly one second and the next moment he could behead you. He is a fearsome opponent. He concentrates on the fight. But he has his rule. Fights must always be 1on1 so it wouldn\'t be unfair. Also if he snaps during a fight he turns into a unstoppable killing machine. Ryohei fancies women, and by fancy I mean he loves them. Ryohei could be labeled as a pervert. He likes harassing them on his free time. Ryohei also can be calm at times. He has seen to be able to surpress his Bipolarity Disorder. That\'s what makes him a respectful leader. Ryohei can make decisions cold blooded. He will give divine punishment for those that don\'t follow the rules. He utterly hates the shinobi of Konohagakure no Sato. He will go into his bloody rage when he faces a ninja of Konohagakure. Ryohei doesn\'t have anything against the other races though. Ryohei often manages smooth talk with the ladies. So his quite popular. Ryohei is an Alpha-male so he must have the power. He often has conflicts with other males. He has a big mouth, meaning he will shout all kinds of nonsense. Ryohei has a wide vocabulary on curses, which he is very proud of. Now, more of his fighting style. His fighting ettiquette consist 1 on 1 battles. If his opponent is unarmed, he won't use weapons. He wants to fight in equal conditions. He won't accept a victory or a loss unless it has been fair. Now that the fighting style has been taken care of I willt ell you about his moodswings. When his bipolarity hasn't kicked in, he can be a quite lovable fellow. He is calm and collecter. He is easy to talk to aswell. He seems like a normal person then. A kind person. But once his bipolarity does it's stuff, he will turn into a complete opposite. He will get mad because of puny things. He will start throwing fits. He will attack everything on sight. Except for his comrades. He will only threaten his comrades, although he won't attack them. He regains that much of his common sense. Weapons: Name: Kusanagi no Tsurugi Appearance:  Rank: A-rank Special Abilities: Can conduct lightning element. The sword can extend its blade to attack from long distances and it can cut through almost anything. Should the wielder be disarmed, the sword can fly back to them by use of a hand motion. It can also return to the wielder by transforming itself into a snake and slithering back to them. Origin: Because he is a high rank ninja and an Uchiha. The Kusanagi belongs to the Uchiha clan. Name:Katon: Haisekishō

Desctription: Similar to the Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique, this jutsu also produces a combustible material prior to ignition. The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim, though only the flesh facing the user (where the ingition starts); thus the damage does not cover the entire body. Despite this, it is still fully capable of disabling an enemy due to the burns. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

Description:This technique is a bigger version of the Fire Release: Flame Bullet. Just like with the normal Flame Bullet, Jiraiya spits out a fireball of flaming oil. However, because the fireball is augmented with Senjutsu chakra, it is many times bigger than the normal Flame Bullet.

Description:The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. The technique appears to require a lot of chakra to use, as Sasuke had to activate level two of his cursed seal to use the technique. It is able to alter localized weather conditions by condensing water vapor with extreme heat to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, which Sasuke does to perform Kirin.

Description:After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, gather up chakra in their chest, then spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. Sasuke is seen doing this technique without making a ring over his mouth. The fireball may ignite externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask, but may also be seen as pulling it down to blow out the fireball).
According to Kakashi Hatake (in the anime Part II), the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique was originally created by the Uchiha clan, becoming one of their favorite moves with which they became very adept with. The Uchiha clan also uses the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Description:This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them.

Description:A variation of a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate lightning chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Description:Sasuke reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Description:Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict though these additional blades are proportionally weaker than a single focused one. The blade however can be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

Description:Sasuke uses his chokuto sword to channel an extremely powerful Chidori capable of shocking anything in its path. It appears to have an even greater range than Chidori Current, making it more effective in battle. It can be noted that this technique is more of a use on water, because the electric chakra produced is carried on the entire surface making it more difficult for the enemy to avoid it.

Description:Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that according to Zetsu travels at 1/1000th of a second. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. However, the manipulation of the lightning itself requires little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, the blast is strong enough to completely annihilate the entire Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold, so it is almost unavoidable. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Description:Sasuke uses Chakra Flow to send his Chidori through his katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. Description:The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue. In Part I he is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II he can use it at least six times.
Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter. During his confrontation with Orochimaru in Part I, he creates it without using hand seals. In Part II he is able to form a Lightning Cutter in both of his hands to counteract Lightning Release: False Darkness.

Description:The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Description:By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. Description:This technique lets the user create a three-sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the walls with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls.

The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. It has only been used twice, by Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha both in response to Orochimaru's Living Corpse Reincarnation.

Description:Apparently unique to Shisui Uchiha, this technique allows the user to control the mind of their opponent. It was a dōjutsu of the highest class, as the victim doesn't even realize they are being manipulated.
Danzō gained access to this dōjutsu by implanting Shisui's Sharingan into his right eye-socket. He subsequently used it to manipulate Mifune into almost giving him the supreme command of the alliance of the Five Villages. When this was discovered, Danzō responded that he couldn't use the ability multiple times a day.
It also seems that unlike a number of other Sharingan related techniques, it doesn't require direct eye contact, as Danzō never removed the bandages that hid it from view.
The Fifth Mizukage commented that she couldn't help but think that there's a connection between this technique and the power that controlled Yagura, the Fourth Mizukage.

[b]Other informationBackground Information: Childhood.Ryohei was born at the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He was born to the most dominant clan that had ever existed there, besides the Senju of the forest. When he reached the age of 4 he was getting special training from one of the most skilled fighters in the Uchiha clan. He was unique, a prodigy of the Uchiha clan that was never seen before. He was specially good at Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, like most of the members of the Uchiha clan have been. At the age of 5, Ryohei got himself a younger brother. His parents named him Hunter. He now had less sleep and rest. He wasn't as active as he had been before. He didn't have the energy. He still loved his brother with all of his being. Once his brother turned 3 and he himself was already eight, he was put into the academy. That's when he had starting to spend most of his time. Training his Ninjutsu and Genjutsu skills. Everytime he returned home, he was tired. His usual routine was Train, Shower, Sleep. He didn't have time for anything else. His aprents were proud of him. Although one thing bothered him. It was the lack of attention he got from his parents. He had no friends other than his little brother. When he turned 9 and his brother was already 4, he started personally training his brother. He didn't want anyone else to do it. He wanted to polish both of their skills. In a few months, Ryohei had passed through the Academy, becoming a Genin of his village. Genin.During his Genin days, he got more dangerous and challenging missions. That was what Ryohei craved for. A challenge. Everything else had just been a piece of cake for him. Being on the dangerous missions, he finally got his first kill. When he fought the man, he just couldn't stop hurting him. He felt pleasure in ripping through his flesh. That's when Ryohei discovered his bloodlust. Even when the man was already dead, Ryohei continued to mutilate him. When he continued the mission and returned with his genin team. He was praised. It didn't take long for him to be put up for the Chuunin Exams. When they started, he was sent to the written test, which was quite easy for him. Figuring out most of the answers by himself. And getting the other ones from the other genin taking the test. He passed the first part of it, and so did his team. They were then sent to the Forest of Death, which resides in the Outskirts of Konoha. Starting at the gate #23 his team dashed into the forest, confident that they could pass this. Ryohei used his awesome senses and reflexes to steal the Earth scroll from some other Genin team. They were sneaking through the forest afterwards. They didn't want to get caught. Once they reached the tower, their sensei announced that they passed this part too. Then there was only one part that they had to get through. The fights were announced. Ryohei had bloodlust in his eyes as he was excited. His entire body trembled. He was silently fuming in his seat. If looks could kill all genins would be dead already. When his fight was announced, he stood up with such force that the seat he was in was ripped out of the ground. He had a wicked grin crooked on his face as he jumped down from the place balcony. He crashed into the ground. When dust faded from around him, he had hands in his pockets and he was crouching. Still wearing the grin on his face. When his opponent appeared, he saw that it was a puny guy. With no muscle at all. The proctor started the fight and Ryohei dashed at his enemy. Sending him a flurry of attacks. In a few minutes, his opponent was tired out from dodging and blocking. He finally sent a roundhouse kick at his face which could've taken his head off. The boy fell down, unconcious. Ryohei had sent him into a coma. The Kage that were watching the exams, were interested in him. The crowd cheered. He was promoted to Chuunin. Chuunin.Being a Chuunin, Ryohei got respect from his previous comrades. He was now sent to even more dangerous missions, which involved taking out a group of missing-nin. He got thtm done easily as he was one of the elites. He was loyal to his village, but it was the time of war. So it would be only a matter of time when he would get corrupted. The Hokage saw him fit to be a Jounin and promoted him. He thought that he didn't deserve it at first but then let the Hokage do as he wished. He was in no spot to argue his decision. Jounin.The Uchiha prodigy had gotten Jounin rank. He was damn proud of himself now. He was one of the best of the village. Now he had time to train his brother aswell. Although he still went on missions occasionally. He was now an ANBU captain aswell. He was given a mission to raid a missing-nin camp. It was a S-rank. But Ryohei still hadn't tamed his bloodlust, so when the time came, he killed the missing-nin brutally. Ripping out their throats. His teammates, thought it was wrong and that they didn't deserve it. Ryohei got angered by the fact that his own comrades disagreed with him. Ryohei was already corrupted and had leaving on his mind many times. This was the perfect moment. He whipped his katana, Kusanagi no Tsurugi off his back and slayed his own team. Then he took off from the village. Leaving his family, his brother. He was added to the bingo book as a S-class Rogue Ninja. Wandering around the world as a criminal, Ryohei had achieved the Mangekyou by witnessing the death of his brother. Life frowned upon him. Ryohei Uchiha, a quite dangerous man indeed. Was in search for another person with the Mangekyou. The Uchiha prodigy finally encountered a ninja. An Uchiha, with the Mangekyou Sharingan. Ryohei had challenged that man into battle. From the beginning, Ryohei overwhelmed that man. His speed and strenght were superior, as was his ninjutsu skill. He finally used the Rain Tiger At Will Technique and getting some storm clouds. Charging a Chidori in his hand he rised his hand up to the skies. Releasing his lightning element into the clouds. Creating the ultimate attack, Kirin. Killing the opponent instantly, he stole his eyes. Some time later, having them implanted to himself. He had now reached the top of the Sharingan. Becoming one of the great five.Years Later, Ryohei had enough of the criminal life. He wanted to have a permanent place to stay. So he hid himself to Otogakure. He polished his skills there and got promoted to the kage. He had finally achieved the power he had longed for. Now he is the cold-hearted ruler of Otogakure. RP Sample: Hiruma, one of the leaders of the Arrancar took a seat in the throne that was free. It was quite comfortable. He frowned at the manner Sangre spat at him. My, my You are the one without manners, Sangre-kun. I belive I never did anything to provoke you. And if you were to speak to me in that manner again you would be in what I call a 'sticky' situation. I think Ajaket-kun agrees with me. Now let's move further. The raven haired Espada listened to Sangre at first, with mild interest. He couldn't rbing himself to concentrate on the man's words as he didn't like him. Hiruma agreed on what Sangre said, but he had to give his own opinion later on. Once Sangre stopped his 'meaningless' blabber, he turned his lazy gaze towards Ajaket. Allowing him to express his own thoughts first. Hiruma wasn't the planning type. Once Ajaket opened his mouth to speak, he got Hiruma's attention completely. He shut everything out besides the speech of Ajaket Diashi. His favourite among all the Arrancar. He and Ajaket had gotten along pretty well. He growled slightly as Ajaket mentioned their ancestor, Sousuke Aizen. He nodded when Ajaket finally lacked talking. It was his turn now. I have a few things to say. First, I believe that we shouldn't kill off the other races as we could make them useful. I personally have the interest in the Vaizard and Bountou. And why 'kill' the Shinigami we come upon. We could use out terrific powers to make use of them. Yes, my friends. I am talking about hollowfication. It's a great thing really. We could make our enemy our ally. Meaning if we hollowficate the shinigami or any other race, we could create ourselves a massive army of loyal Arrancar warriors. Ajaket, I agree with you totally. I believe we should use the 'wild' hollows out there aswell. Considering there might be some Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde-class hollows lurking around. I have ideas how we should use these ideas. Sangre, you and the Tercera should take care of the hollows. Me and Ajaket will go and convince the other races to join. Well... if they don't then we will just have to force them. That is all.
