The Juki kekkei genkai is called the life eye, or Myoume. It has the
power to show how much chakra a person has, where they are directing
their chakra, and if there is any elemental damage along with it. It
also has the ability see life force through walls, meaning that as long
as someone has blood flowing through their body, as long as they are
using chakra, and as long as they are sending messages to their body
from the brain, he can see where they are. He, as well, can see when a
person is giving messages to their body from their brain, but they have
to be extremely close to him, as in about five feet and it takes a bit more chakra to use. It is a dojutsu,
and when it forms in the persons' eyes, stage one is completely black,
stage two is completely white, stage three is black background with
white pupils and stage four is half white, half black. The abilities
follow the stages as directed below.

genjutsu on the body or mind. This is because the eye becomes so
advanced in seeing the enemies chakra, brain messages, that it can pick
up when a genjutsu is actived.

History
After chakra was discovered, there was a group of people called
Juki's. They were nicknamed this because they processed the Myoume and godlike power to predict what their enemy would do, and have perfect counters. Juki translates to demon in English. They were a very powerful group, for they would work for the highest bidder and basically have whatever they desired. They were unmatched, and had a very small empire around the world. They were known for their genius in science and knowledge, for they would capture any piece of information for any sum of money or for the life of any person. The Juki were also know to be genetically changing themselves so they would be able to carry down the Myoume easier and other traits, such as blue eyes and black hair. For unknown reasons the Juki soon retreated into hiding into the now known country as Amegakure. They have remained very well hidden, and they don't even exist in most ancient records. Juki are very, very rare and if one ever leaves the compound they usually die before
reproducing. The leaders of the Juki clan in the past have been Kyoichi Juki the first, Kazuma Juki the first, Doushi Juki, Kazuma Juki the second, Kazuma Juki the third was killed, so Kazuma Juki the second replaced him. There is only two recorded leaving of the compound, one by
the name of Kazuma Juki the second, and another by the name of Kyoichi Juki the second, his son. Kazuma Juki returned after a long period of training and recording the history of the outside world, taking in all the information he could possibly do so before returning to his home.

If you go deeper into the Juki's history, you will find out that the founder of the clan was in fact Kyoichi Juki but not the one that is living to this day. He is believed to simply be his descendant and nothing more. He was originally thought to be dead but soon found to be outside of the Juki compound alive and becoming quite the criminal. Kazuma, the father and previous leader of the Juki clan was also thought to be dead but was just recently returned to the compound and seems to be leading the clan yet again

Not really, more like thermal vision. Just allows him to see people through objects and such that are around him, he cannot see it if his eyes can't actually look at it. Meaning that it isn't the byakugan what so ever.

Dunno if you have a problem with this as well but I thought I might as well clarify this as well. Hyuuga's can see chakra points. Juki's can see the actual chakra moving in their body for a jutsu. Much different.

Anyway, ya.

Alright, let me get this straight.. See through walls and all? And see chakra moving about someone's body? Is that all there is to your KKG? If so, all I need is around 10-11 more lines on the history and this is good as approved.

Those are just powers that you receive in stages. Stage three let's you see what the enemy is giving their body as commands from the brain. Other words, they can see exactly what your going to do, but you have to be extremely close to them.

Stage four blocks all and any genjutsu as long as you have enough chakra to combat it.

Can you be more specific by extremely close? Like extremely close, where you can knee him in the nads, or extremely close as in close of sword's length?

Five feet is what's in my thing so yeah, maybe long enough to have a sword fight if your swords are extremely long.

Alright, make it so that it takes awhile for you to fully process it, and you need to use some chakra.

Uh, I think I need some clarification. Process it? The brain messages, I believe is what your saying. If it takes time for him to process it then there is no point in the ability because people would simply move so fast he wouldn't need the power.

And it always takes chakra to use bloodlines, as it's a passive ability.

By use some chakra, I mean use more than enough chakra than usual.. And being able to see brain messages thing is kinda godmoddy.

Having the ability to launch indestructible flame out of your eye is godmoddy. Instantly launching someone into a genjutsu that puts you out cold for a week is godmoddy.

Being able to know an opponents next taijutsu move? Not so godmoddy.

Well, considering Sharingan also allows one to predict movements, I don't see a problem with it anymore then.. I just need maybe 5-6 more lines on history.
