Personality: Tenshi is normally the type to be a pervert to just about anyone. She looks at things as a matter of life and death. Most people would think that she is a jerk because she will be heartless towards those who don't know or she thinks is worth knowing her. Being loyal to her village is about one of her only good qualities so, she will protect it with her life. She has a strong will and doesn't fall for most things easily unless her Kazekage tells her to follow them.
Weapons: Tenshi uses a chain dagger most the most part since she likes long range fighting. Smoke bombs provide her with cover when she is surrounded or needs to escape with ease. She keeps a scythe hidden in a scroll for safety during missions.

Description Tenshi stabs her scythe blade into the ground while cutting her self across the wrist. Once her blood has hit the ground she says the words will of abyss. After the words are said chains come out of the ground and rush at the opponent, if they managed to wrap around them their chakra is drained from their body. Once all their chakra is gone they are dragged into the ground by the chains.

Other information

Background Information:
Tenshi was born into the chi bloodline where she lived with her mother named Yuki and her sister named Tora. She trained her jutsus once she was able to talk and stand up, Tenshi mastered the jutsus she was taught at the age of five. Most of the adults in her clan were dead and the only one to take care of them were the women. She was taught manners but was treated as the outcast in the clan. Much to her disappointment the other adults treated her like a threat and the kids always made fun of her. Still the only thing that mattered was making her family happy the best she could. Since she had was blind she wore a band around her eyes to keep things out of them.
She was still the the outcast in the mist village but nobody could Dennie her rapid growth. Her senseis tried to get her to be a squad leader at the age of 9 but she turned them down one by one. Still she mastered the basic healing jutsus she was taught before getting bored with the academy. She finished and passed the academy at the age of 9 1/2 leaving everyone shocked. Most thought that she wouldn't even last a day at the academy much less pass it with ease.

Genin
Tenshi was still at the top of her squad but was still being treated like dirt at her home. Her mother died when she turned ten and her sister had left the clan in fear. Without her mother to protect her, Tenshi was pushed to her breaking point time and time again. She met a man named orochimaru who helped her learn more jutsus. He asked her to become his test subject so that she could someday leave her clan behind. Without taking a second guess she told him to wait until she was a Chuunin and he agreed leaving her for the time being. She worked hard practicing jutsus and making sure that her mother's scythe stayed well hidden from the rest of the clan.

She went from Genin to special Jounin in four years making her the youngest special Jounin at the age of 12. After that was over she went with orochimaru and became his test subject. He gave her a curse mark which she managed to live from but barely as her clan was still hunting for her. She decided to move to the mist village and help them with her life. She was able to master the elements fire and lightning. She passed out at the village entrance with only three of her belongings with her. Snapping her eyes open Tenshi found her self in the home of a anbu member. They took her in as their own daughter and trained her in secret to serve the mist leader with her life. Feeling as though her life finally had meaning she worked her hardest making sure to prove her whole clan wrong about her worth. Thanks to orochimaru she learned some snake jutsus and was able to find people by their chakra.

I have a problem with your Konbo Ban: Gouraiten justu because it says she "Tenshi creates a huge snake of fire and iron" which i dont think is ok. It would be ok however if she had the iron already and could alter it with fire. (just a suggestion) but creating iron...i dont think so...
