The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them.

The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue. In Part I he is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II he can use it at least six times.
Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter. During his confrontation with Orochimaru in Part I, he creates it without using hand seals. In Part II he is able to form a Lightning Cutter in both of his hands to counteract Lightning Release: False Darkness.

Description: This jutsu is used to suppress jutsu-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this jutsu alone, but for marks of higher power like Sasuke Uchiha's Cursed Seal of Heaven, this seal is dependent on the recipient's willpower to some extent. It is also capable of holding back certain kekkei genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan as seen when Kurenai tried to do this. This seal requires a number of hand seals and a large amount of chakra to be performed. Preparation for this jutsu requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the center of the curse seal. According to Kakashi, this jutsu is quick, but painful. The seal can be removed at any time by the caster or whoever the seal is on, as demonstrated during Sasuke's battle with Naruto in the valley of the end. How the person who has the seal can remove it without a seal releasing jutsu is unknown.

Though it can't fool the Byakugan, against the Sharingan it is a most effective technique. Due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Description: This jutsu is basically a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones (or a number of equal grandeur). This is considered a forbidden jutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Naruto learned the technique from the scroll of forbidden seals written by the First Hokage.
Few people are able to use this technique effectively, due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. However, this weakness is not an issue to Naruto, due to his massive chakra reserves. Having such reserves allows him to create hundreds of clones while maintaining a decent supply of chakra in each one. This technique is also used by Naruto to train quickly, since all the clones share their experiences with Naruto, but it causes extreme fatigue with repeated use. Naruto in the dubbed, does not appear to distinguish between the Multiple and regular variations of the technique, and often simply says "Shadow Clone Technique" regardless of how many clones he uses. In the anime, he does indeed say Tajuu; meaning multiple.

After he marks an opponent with his blood, Kakashi rolls out a scroll and smears his blood across it. Afterwards he places it between his hands and makes the seals before he slams the scroll into the ground. The Ninken are summoned there and travel through the ground following the scent of the blood. When the target is found, they erupt from the ground and hold down the opponent with their mouths. Kakashi uses this to immobilize an opponent for his Lightning Cutter.

Description: Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that according to Zetsu travels at 1/1000th of a second. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. However, the manipulation of the lightning itself requires little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, the blast is strong enough to completely annihilate the entire Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold, so it is almost unavoidable. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Background Information: Bangetsu grew well known and loved as he was thought to be a prodigy from his father who was also a well high ranking ninja he was thought to take his fathers place as one of the tracker ninja of his village.At age 6 bangetsu was the top of his ninja academy class and had became a genin as a genin he was always loved by his sensei while always clashing with his partner suzaku.While on a mission at 7 years old he was the top ninja in his team and had always been a hard kid to deal with but while on a mission the mission was to attack a enemy camp ground. But things went very wrong and it ended up killing his two team mates sending bangetsu into a deep depression.
While trying to mourn the lost of his team mates he was always sent on missions with other squads and sometimes just him and his sensei but he was later signed up along with his new squad to take the chunin exams and only 8 years old.As chunin at age 8 bangetsu lead other high level ninja's much older on high ranking missions some too risky for even jounin to take on but was a well respected and feared chunin.At age 11 he took his jounin exams and finshed with flying colors makeing all the jounins and the former tsuchikage very surprised and he was then considered to be the strongest jounin in his village.
At age 15 bangetsu was then took his anbu exam they were so shocked that he had not only passed but had the highest record that they gave him the title of anbu commander.for 3 years he had been in command of the anbu and he and his team only did S-rank missions and after 3 years he had wanted to go back to being a jounin and which was granted to him due to his amazing work as anbu commander.At age 18 as a elite jounin again the tsuchikage had passed away and there was a poll and vote for who should be the next tsuchikage and with only 1 vote against him it was without question that bangetsu would become the next tsuchikage but suddenly he refused and said the he would remain a jounin for now.Now 29 bangetsu still is a jounin and still goes on very dangerous missions that the other jounin don't want to do.
RP Sample: Yoshun was walking through the field briskly as he was thinking about the time he first joined the vizards and had to fight against the other vizards and control his hollow."Come on yoshun let me out right here and now we will have so much fun don't you want to have fun lets do this"as ranku was talking to yoshun."No you are not to come out unless i say so you bastard"yoshun said to him as he stoped in the middle of the field.

While waiting to find who this person is a flashback of yoshun killing tons of
shinigami and arrancar appeared and altered his vision makeing the visions appear to be real."Damn why now of all times"as his body remained still and his eyes turned solid white makeing appear as if he were dead.While stuck in the vision images of bodys and arms and legs started appearing and his body started getting tense and he started grinding his teeth until of a sudden he was out.
As he thought he was in the clear he started walking but then stoped and looked at
his hilt whoever the stranger was that person was right behind him but no emotion came across yoshun's face if it was a fight he was ready.
Road fill out of a tree landing on her feet before noticing another person infront of her. She would normally fight if she knew how to do any form or tpye of attack. Her memories were still gone so she couldn't find out even if she wanted. The only thing she knew how to do was use her shadow as a defense. Still the person didn't seem like they was going to attack so, she smiled then walked infront of them.
"H-hello" She said with a small blush on her face. It got her pissed that she showed emotion but she didn't realize it until the blush painted her face.
Yoshun saw the girl and then took his hand away from his hilt as he saw her as no fighting power what so ever."hmph be gone"he said coldly but softly as he began to walk away slowly"Yoshun what are you doing let me kill her"ranku said."No you stay and shut up you got it ranku don't forget that i have defeated you! it's not the other way around so relax and shut the hell up"yoshun commanded."One day yoshun you will slip up and when that happens you will be mine and then we will make a apperence that no one will ever forget"ranku stated.
